A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
