There are no pros to working here. They'll big it up at the interview but once you're in, you'll regret it.

High turnover of staff, No work, homelife balance, substandard, Unprofessional, poorly managed, unappreciated, bullying environment where nothing is enough. No support, no training, expectations to work in your own time. Expected to work 50 plus hours a week.

Some people were decent, not huge amounts of pressure.

Managers were backstabbing liars, terrible offices, buying work that couldn't be delivered, no real strategy for growth.
