If you're going to work here, you need to be flexible. Things are constantly changing, oftentimes causing rework and headaches. Since it's a small team, there's also not much room for professional growth, and you're most likely going to have to wear multiple hats instead of getting the chance to specialize or work your way up. There is a real lack of diversity and representation as well, both in the home office and within the ambassador community. The typical "noonday person" is white and evangelical, which can feel odd to be surrounded by if you're not.
