Great culture, great people, leadership that cares, PTO is generous, benefits paid in full, remote/hybrid schedule, work hard but play too!

Great place to learn because everyone is willing to share what they know and gives you space to grow.

Communication could be clearer from the top down. Sometimes it's hard to tell what's a request and a requirement, or why an email is being received. Moving up in pay significantly seems like it takes years.
