I suppose you can call this a "Pro". Hourly employees are permitted to go negative in PTO and Sick Time even though the policy does not specifically state that.

Low pay, no room for advancement, poor communication, terrible benefits. If you do want to move into another position there is a very good chance someone has already "moved" into that position. Then they waste time interviewing you and let the person "covering" that position to have it full time. From what I have seen, NORDIC really gives no reason to stick around and not look for opportunity somewhere else. They put out surveys asking your opinion on how things are but nothing ever comes from that. They seem to do it just to make it look like they care.
