Cost-arbitrage company packaged as GCC No job security; firing of people is very frequent. compensation provided is quite decent though. India Leadership is just for namesake. They do not hold any authority/accountability and play no role in any decision making, not even performance appraisals. You need to find a god-father in US/UK to last in the company. Annual increments and Variable payouts are like Tier 1 Indian IT Giants. You know what I mean. :-) There are various groups active such as Bangalore -ve non-Bangalore, Pre-aquisiotion -vs post-aquisition, ex-clarivate -vs non-ex-clarivate. Once has to be very apt in dealing with these dynamics to survive in the company.
