There is no need for senior developers there as onshore teams are doing mostly support work. - in your team is split between onshore/offshore they'll expect you to work from 7 a.m to 7p.m. - layoffs are happening if funding stopped from the customer's company - in fact transfers between projects are very unlikely. - no trust between clients and dev teams. - no bonuses
