2yThank you for taking the time to provide our team with feedback. I’m glad that you found our remote-first policy to be a positive experience as it is an integral part of our culture. I’m also happy that you felt supported by the HR team, as well as some of our leaders.
We strive to create an environment where our team feels supported by leadership and management to own their growth, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience as a whole with our US leaders. It’s important that individuals feel they have a voice in our organization, and we provide platforms for them to share with leaders and management both anonymously and named. Whether it is about salary, transparency, or our standards we want to know. I thank you again for sharing your concerns, and I will share them with our leadership team so we can continue to improve as a company.
