They are great at writing glass door 5 star reviews to try and boost their rating. Overall was a great place to work before nortek decided to consolidate and manage the sub companies. Should have left it that way.

Where to begin... Starting with the nortek takeover, everything went downhill fast. The sub companies have lost money due to many failed projects to consolidate resources. The management staff has cultured a very political system and made backstabbing a common occurrence. Poor decision making and not trusting in the people running their sub companies has lost them quite a bit of time and money. I am glad I no longer work there. I have spoken with current employees there and they say things have not changed nor are they even beginning to get better. There are plenty of other companies out there to work for over a place like nortek. Avoid this company. Save yourself the stress.
