Another department will assign outside vendors, and yet another department will stage payments on a claim they know nothing about. Your only goal is to complete the metrics and diaries, which gives the adjuster the power to never have to think about anything ever. The potential and probability of mistakes on a file are astronomical. They have no problem taking auto PD adjusters and moving them to a new GL injury team with no experience and no training.
