supervisor prone to angry outbursts, poor customer documentation, lack of knowledge of tools, boss installs spyware of every type on workers computers, has cameras aimed at every worker and checks them constantly, micromanages employees, treats people like assets and not humans, has unprofessional relationship with customers, allows customers to text him directly and not use ticketing system, does not allow employees to learn and grow but instead berates them if they make mistakes

paycheck, but only 1 time per month

boss has anger issues no benefits no communication badly managed clients with users who are abusive no hardware inventory management boss lets clients push him around so small they dont even have health insurance building cold during winder, hot during summer, full of bugs and moths boss puts cameras on you all times completely miserable to work here after a few months, boss puts magnifying glass on you and nitpicks everyhhing
