Too much responsibility for the money

most often you work alone with no direct supervision, the accounts serviced were fantastic... very friendly and professional people. You get to drive a company vehicle on most jobs.

You pay for your own license, poor communication, no structure, very inconsistent. You put in more hours than you get paid for, no advancement opportunities or pay raises, and will either work more than you want or starve, no in between.
