Good Experience/Awful Pay - Recensione dipendente - Therapist presso North Range Behavioral Health

My coworkers are great. They are transparent in things and run a good business model. In a world where mental health isn't proiratized I believe they do a great job of making sure we will be here in the future.

They are a big corporate company that sometimes forgets about the people actually doing the work.

None at the moment. Has been a pretty awful experience. They seek to help you grow or work through issues, but sometimes can be too passive about this allowing room for poor co-workers that impact your ability to do your job.

Unprofessional, unsupportive supervisors that lack boundaries professionally and personally. Company states they’ll be transparent but are not. They do not care about the safety of employees. Provide poor pay, but states it is equitable despite a 15k difference for the same job as someone else. There may be some difference as a result of education, but the disparity should not be that large.
