1yThanks for the positive feedback about our total compensation and leadership culture. When it comes to our Work from Home Program, we have committed ourselves to our 50/50 hybrid model. This means that employees work from the office 50% of the time and from home 50% of the time. We also offer our employees an additional 10 WFH days for some extra flexibility. Combined with our other time-off programs, we’re confident this is the right balance to maintain our culture, create a great employee experience, and ensure we meet the needs of our business.
