HR is terrible, do not support employees on medical leave. Productivity expectations are very unreasonable, makes employees feel inadequate when circumstances are very much out of our control. They just throw you into the job without enough training Rushed one hour supervision appointments once a week. Communication between team members, especially supervisors, is lacking. Someone quits every week, which is why they are always understaffed. Thus, making them pile on too much work for their current employees. Stressful job overall. Pay very little for quite a difficult position.
