      Some nice people work there, it's hard to move up in the family run business.

      Too much family all over the business. The software is old and needs to be updated to compete with the newer products on the market.

      Very loyal to their employees, management are easy to approach and talk with and actively engage and care about the employees. Great health benefits, merit and achievements are recognized and rewarded. Atmosphere is very friendly and not so "corporate".

      Much is family run and besides that career advancement is difficult due to being a small company. Software, practices, and procedures were usually outdated and not up to modern standards, though it was actively improving.
