there no cons that I can think of right now

Very loyal to their employees, management are easy to approach and talk with and actively engage and care about the employees. Great health benefits, merit and achievements are recognized and rewarded. Atmosphere is very friendly and not so "corporate".

Much is family run and besides that career advancement is difficult due to being a small company. Software, practices, and procedures were usually outdated and not up to modern standards, though it was actively improving.
