A good culture that is patient focused and provides individualized care for those suffering from addiction, as well as treating co-occurring mental health disorders. Management is empathetic and steps in to help staff when needed, we are all a team with the common goal of helping our patients succeed and recover.

Sometimes there is inconsistency between departments on who is to do what or finding small issues here and there. Which is completely normal, especially when opening a new facility. Having open communication helps these issues tremendously.

If you enjoy a place that allows you to just do whatever with no expectations, accountability, competence then this is the place for you. If you desire growth, skill set, a sense of purpose and fulfillment then RUN!

Horrible work/life balance, lack of trust and empowerment, lack of competent leadership even at corporate level. Lack of support, POOR communication. Not a company that truly values high performing employees.
