Management expects bottom rung non management employees to train new workers instead of doing it themselves as in their job description. You're expected to compromise your ethics by lying to patients and tell them a medication is on back order if the company doesn't make money. Their own #1 rule is never say no unless it's illegal or unethical. There's no room for growth in the company because the favorite people don't leave EVER!
