Thank you for submitting a review. I'm pleased to see that the teams have been friendly and welcoming. We are looking to address career progression and there are many opportunities available across the wider group. which I hope you would be encouraged to apply for.
Where to start…..
Useless management.
New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work.
Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it.
Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it.
Lost load of good people because of this attitude.
No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
