      There are a lot of Nice people working at Northgate and there is good atmosphere within the company. They give you an extra day's annual leave for your birthday.

      There is a lack of training when you join the company so new recruits take time to get up to speed. There are not a lot of processes in olace

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
