      Management/exec is mostly run by a gang of mean girls! Clique atmosphere where you better be agreeable to everything at all times to stay popular or you will be ousted not based on performance but on petty cat fighting and power tripping egotistical managers who abuse their power to manipulate others and hide their poor behavior from the owners. Only seem to want to do right by employees when there’s someone watching or some publicity to gain but the rest of the time what goes on behind closed doors is nothing shy of a real housewives tv show!

      They provide in depth training

      They treat their employees terribly. They discriminate against non-heterosexuals or people they believe to be. Their management has no problem, yelling at their sales associate on the sales floor in front of their colleagues and customers. They micromanage. And they ask you to do things that are ethically questionable in order to get a sale, including lying to potential customers. They are also not a busy location so commission is low. I think this is because many purchasers have learned not to trust them.
