      This company is the best place I have ever worked at, I have been with the company for 12 yrs and have enjoyed every minute of it. The employee wages are above what other companies in the area pay, they have an excellent Benefits package with includes a great Employee Assistant program, they also have a Pension plan with employer match set up, a Fitness benefit for those who are interested and above all they truly care about their employees and their employees well-being. Above all else it is a great place to work and have recommended to my friends.

      They treat their employees terribly. They discriminate against non-heterosexuals or people they believe to be. Their management has no problem, yelling at their sales associate on the sales floor in front of their colleagues and customers. They micromanage. And they ask you to do things that are ethically questionable in order to get a sale, including lying to potential customers. They are also not a busy location so commission is low. I think this is because many purchasers have learned not to trust them.
