Terrible leadership, terrible company - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Northvolt

I have never worked at a company that was as disorganized and chaotic as this one. There were so many red flags I ignored prior to taking a job with them... always trust your gut. I have never seen or personally worked at a company with a CEO this bad. No accountability, no responsibility, very poor leadership. You lead by example... and based on what I saw from the CEO, it is no surprise the company has the issues that it does. There are many cases of people moving their entire family from a foreign country to Skelleftea, just to be let go shortly after. I know people who had just purchased homes, just to get let go right after closing on their house. Avoid this company at all cost. There is no stability bad management, terrible communication, terrible project management. Based on what I saw, I can not see how this company will survive. Even if they do restructuring and get new management. I won't be surprised if they get to the point where China comes in and buys Northvolt for pennies on the dollar... I can tell you, all the negative press you see in the news does not even scratch the surface as to describing how dysfunctional this place really is. It is much worse than how it is depicted on the news....
