The most toxic environment I have ever experienced. There are some genuinely friendly people, but it has a very “us vs them” mentality. There is an incredible amount of in-fighting between departments which results in many personal disputes between employees. The leadership is unwilling to address these issues, or they just have their heads in the sand pretending it doesn’t exist. Senior leaders tend to rely on fear to ensure compliance from employees which adds to employees’ distress. This place will send anyone with a hard work ethic, talent, or intelligence running for the hills. Great place to coast and collect a good paycheque if you don’t care about a fulfilling career, work relationships, or the community.
