It is Florida based so if you arnt based in FLL then everything is out of network. $5,000 detuctable -no paid vacation/time off -terrible with updating passengers on delays/cancellations -constant schedule changed for PVD & SWF based crew with no notice. -Shuttles crew after flights for 2-4hours to get to the next city they have to fly out of
