Excellent vision (AI), creative design (AI & marketing), and a suite of Michelin-star quality chefs made my location a truly awesome place to work. The company struggles to adapt to the US market - this may apply to their products, but in my experience - it was most apparent when it came to managing local teams and providing local HR support. Depending on your team, expectations to stay busy in the office/lab can be too high. For example, I was unable to maintain approval to work 1 day a week remotely - despite being able to do 70% of my work from home.
