Poor/always changing leadership, poor quality product, frequent lay offs or terminations. All good talent has exited or been asked to leave the company. The initial flagship emr had many issues. The company did not seem interested in keeping long term employees with the most knowledge to fix issues or help customers. Frequent turn over of the CEO and Leadership. There is no job security and employee morale is very low. Many years with no raises or minimal raises.
