- Rude senior management. Bunch of inexperienced bullies. - Hire great talent from diverse backgrounds, but they have zero say in matters and decision making. - Absurd KPIs, unrealistic expectations. - Chinese company masked as a ‘British startup’ which leads to an absolute confusing culture (if there is one). - Forced to fill sheets and trackers that nobody bothers to open twice. Basically an excuse for leadership to enforce work and pressure. - Numerous unproductive weekly team meetings. - OnePlus employees favoured and assume they know everything - Poor benefits and salary - Promised stock options, never got one - People leave the company faster than HR can say ‘sorry’
