4yWe are disappointed to hear you had a bad experience. We would like you to share your frustrations in person - please contact the Office Manager and she can arrange an additional exit meeting for you with one of the Directors. We are particularly concerned about your comment on dangerous corner cutting driven by cost saving as this should absolutely not be the case, so any details of this would be gratefully received so we can ensure this is no longer happening. On you specific points relating to hiring, firing and pay: the company has only let go 8 employees in the last 5 years whilst having employed over 75 people during that time; no permanent staff member is on minimum wage or close to, and the median salary at Notpla is above the UK median per ONS 2021 despite our skew of staff members being more at the junior end; no one at the company is ever asked to work overtime, but if anyone does work extra days for events or trials they are offered the choice of pay or a day in lieu for that, and as you will recall most people leave the office by 6pm which gives a good work-life balance. We are happy to take on board feedback for management and hear your points on better communication of performance during tenure. Thank you.
