-Management is extremely hands off (like, the owner goes and skis all winter), but then goes nuclear and implements reactive policies when she has an issue -The management structure is flawed. Both directors are passive and poorly communicate employee concerns, but the owner does not encourage employees to come straight to her. This has resulted in fatal miscommunications that left some of our best employees over the years fired with absolutely no explanation to the rest of the team. -Extreme fear culture that results from reactive policies and rapid terminations -No sick time and limited PTO (10 days for sick and vacation combined). You are required to take PTO even for brief, 15-minute telehealth appointments. -The owner does not allow employees to block their own schedules, which is extremely infantilizing -The directors' clinical skills are rusty, as neither of them do much clinical work (they see maybe 2-4 clients a week), so they are not useful to provide any clinical guidance. -Massive caseloads bordering on unethical -Expectation for providers to manage many, many highly acute cases at once.
