Inconsistent IQA support that results in sub standard grades for teaching staff. Unrealistic targets and bonus schemes that will never be met. Learners are just pound notes, if it’s considered that a learner will not achieve they are justified to a level lower in their English and maths and moved on to another provider as soon as adequate funding has been claimed. Learners with additional needs are mixed with other learners even though funding is still claimed for small groups and one to one support. Unqualified teaching staff are left to supervise learners (who’s classes are double the size they should be) due to tutor shortage therefore no learning actually takes place.
