      Management are bullies. Owners are wimps and ignore internal issues. HR do not do their job properly as they are bias. Management in the WBL sector is tragic. Learners are numbers, not people to staff. No true progression - only when they need more staff or are making people redundant to cover their backs. Do not take complaints serious. Unprofessional. They make staff put positive reviews on here. Study programme needs more help as learners can be difficult and the admin staff are expected to help when it is not their duty and they do not have the training, it is unfair for them.

      Competitive salary, excellent bonus schemes and annual performance related pay rises. Supportive management who actually listen, for example they have recently introduced a sickness entitlement and raised mileage rates in response to the annual staff survey. Company benefit programme is good and offers discounts at retailers, childcare vouchers and cycle to work schemes. Training and support for staff is always available. Free Xmas party! Great staff morale and team work.
