This is a small company and everyone works well together for the most part. We can wear casual attire so that is a good thing.

The owners are international so communication is difficult. The pay is way below the market range for any position here. The benefits are horrible. They pay 70% of the medical but they don’t have stock options or 401 K plan. We are only allowed 10 days of vacation and 3 personal days to be used for sick or “floating” days. There is little room for growth. They combine two or more different jobs into one position and pay you for only one but want you to do double the amount of work.
