No trust for you to do your own work. Have to justify everything. You’re not a team manager you’re a lackey. - the training team are useless and won’t even follow their own rules. - constant rifts between departments. There’s no teamwork or communication. - no respect or understanding for any kind of health whether physical or mental. All about discipline and sticking to management. Sometimes people need a human not a process thrown at them.
