      POOR preceptors with poor attitudes who are not available to answer your questions. POOR managers who do not care to listen to their employees unless they find you to be their friends.

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule
