Convenient to where I live. Some good people work there, they just never get promoted to management. They reserve that for those without souls.

They do not appreciate their staff. The staff are treated like robots that are supposed to de happy to get abused for no compensation whatsoever. No compensation for nurses who work holidays. $2/ hr for mandatory call time. They recently cut the CNA and secretaries pay 10% across the board while admins get bonuses in the millions.

Good pay, benefits, time off, and they strive hard to make employees feel heard. Not afraid of change or doing something different. Definitely a lot of effort in turning feedback into action.

Corporate smothers the smaller offices. Way too big and everything is way too detailed to where nothing is easy to find or understand (policies change almost weekly). IT is outsourced and not helpful. Everything is cheap. Employees feel like pampered cattle. "Float" is only for bigger offices and isn't guaranteed. They will short staff you in a heart beat and tell you your burn out is "growing pains". Raises and bonuses are pathetic. Better compared to PHC, but when the CEO earns 6+ million every year and all we are given is $400 bonus and a 1% raise because we didn't reach impossible goals = not fair. 8-5 M-F is not ideal for healthcare. Bring back more Friday at noon hours.
