      Great teamwork and atmosphere. Excellent relationship with physicians. Benefits are decent - earned PTO, employer contributes 3% to retirement plan.

      Svantaggi

      Benefits are very expensive; hard to take time off due to HR policies, but you still have to somehow use or lose your PTO hours.

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule
