      Ability to grow and move up the ladder so to speak. Was chosen from Housekeeping to engineering after a year of service then was promoted in Engineering dept.

      No cons to this job was favorite job i ever had. Would recommend Novant to any one looking to get a job in the medical industry.

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule
