Great co-workers, but issues with the CEO - Recensione dipendente - Technical Writer presso Novarad

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.

I noticed a big disconnect between some of the recent positive reviews and my actual experience working here, as well as what I’ve heard from others I’ve worked with here. I would recommend to go read all the negative reviews. I wish someone had encouraged me to do the same before taking a job here. I would take these very seriously.
