The GH level exposure is hard to get even if you are competent to do your daily job perfectly. Sometimes you need to find other ways to reach out to the limelight. Analytics is in very toddler stage and it already nipped in the bud. Compared to the the industry level, Novartis MES Advance analytics light years behind and GH does not even care to grow. A so called " data science" team is set up for doing some "deep learning" stuff, but there are thinkers, doers are very less in number. Even if you are a doer, if you can't flaunt, someone will just take your advantage and will get recognized.
