I can’t think of many pros as a former sales professional who passionately gave my all to this role and was sabotaged by a jealous and threatened colleague who felt the need to fabricate a story to interest the BPO in removing me. My manager and colleagues were scaredy cats who didn’t have my back, though they admitted that I was treated unfairly and not given consideration.

Run! This company is on a witch-hunt. They don’t care about their people. Anything you do in a customer facing role can be misconstrued and used against you anytime. Forget about a fair trial or hearing your side of the story. The blood thirsty BPO will take any unverified tip-off and dismantle someone from their role. It’s really unfortunate.
