Nearly every division has seen multiple rounds of layoffs in the last two years in addition to overall company restructuring. -Zero Job Security -Bonuses are down significantly compared to pre-covid. -Pay and Merit increases are minimal and a majority of associates are below median pay. Pay is non competitive. For those of you who do get brought in on competitive pay (NVS will do this), you can expect subsequent lower merit increases that will render pay non-competitive over several years. The company can afford large dividends, but not paying it's associates competitively. -Increasing micromanagement and administration burden. -Promotions are applied inconsistently and irrespective of performance. -No speak up culture. This is promoted, but anything but a "yes man" is severely damaging to your own career. -Ever changing sales plans. -BOX CHECKING. No real action, just tick the box.
