I strongly advise against working at Novartis Netherlands. Despite its global image, the local culture is dysfunctional and psychologically unsafe. Incompetent management and local leadership, lack of transparency, and a toxic atmosphere make it a damaging place to work - especially for those who value integrity, fairness, and professional growth. Concerns are ignored, retaliation is real, and HR does 0 to protect employees. What looks promising on the outside is deeply broken on the inside. Despite the global reputation, the day-to-day reality is really bad. Look elsewhere.
