      Nice small company feel where you know everybody - flexible, and gives a good work-life balance. Good on providing training.

      Company in the US is a smaller branch. You may not get as much exposure to certain aspects of the business that you would like.

      local management was nice, understanding, inclusive. benefits were better in the beginning but after merger they declined a bit.

      direction of the company is unstable. I didnt feel like the provided the same learning or advancement opportunity to the staff at the US site in comparison to their EU sites
