I love working at Novi and feel valued as an employee and person. I really appreciate having the autonomy and trust from management to make the decisions that I think are best. I get to work on complex problems that I know will provide value to our users and have an impact on what we’re doing. Our engineering leader has recently joined and is working really hard to help us build our culture and values as a team, and it’s great to be able to have a say in how we’re moving forward. We work hard and things move quickly, but I think we also really care about taking care of each other and making sure we’re all at our best.
