1. Culture is getting slightly deteriorating and slowly becoming like a typical Indian corporate setup.
2. People working late nights are seen as better even if actual output isn’t great.
3. No structure and WFH can sometimes result into misunderstandings. However, it is upto you that you make it worse or resolve it calmly. Things can get very unprofessional if egos get involved.
