they expect you work fast, take check product quality every 30 minutes, then get mad at you when you can't keep up. Don't offer any advice or slow down lines for new hires.

Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
