The best thing about working here is that the management trusts you fully so you feel free to work the way you like. No micromanaging! There is a strong emphasis on growth so the company offers various internal training and also pays for professional courses to help you develop more skills for your career growth. Benefits such as unlimited holidays, flexi-time working, WFH, free Yoga and fitness classes, discounts on gym memberships, team dinners make you feel rewarded and appreciated. I love the positive atmosphere at the company which means I can ask anything (even those silly questions) to anyone in my team without hesitation. The staff is always keen to help each other and is very friendly. The company values transparency and shares company updates including the revenue and other numbers with the entire staff so we really feel like it is 'our' company. They're good at showing appreciation via quarterly performance reviews and bonuses upon completion of goals. Another unique thing about the company is that here 'failing' is considered positive. Each week the team shares their top fails with each other and the lessons learned. This is how we grow :)
