Toxic environment driven by nepotism - Recensione dipendente - Front Office Manager presso Novotel Hotels

Working at Novotel Darling Harbour was the worst experience of my career. The environment is extremely toxic, with management showing clear favoritism and nepotism. Hard work and professionalism go unnoticed, while promotions and opportunities are handed to friends or relatives. There’s no genuine support for staff, and morale is consistently low. I would strongly advise against working here unless major changes are made in leadership and culture
